Police Service Commission Extents Recruitment of 10,000 Police Constables
Police service commission has extended the deadline for the recruitment of 10,000 police constables. The spokesperson of the commission disclosed this during the weekend. Ikechukwu Ani emphasized that those who are eligible but could not apply should take the opportunity serious.
The essence of the extension is to allow more applicant have access to the application and as a matter of fact complete all pending application issues. You are advise to as a matter of fact and urgency make your application ready as to join the force.
The Police Service commission, PSC, says it has extended the deadline for the ongoing 2022 Constables Recruitment application by one month. The commission also advised applicant to give money to anyone in form of helping them the recruitment process is very free and as such no financial inducement is involved.
The commission has originally set 26th September, 2022. With the extension of the date we hope everyone is given the necessary chance to make application submit such application before the deadline.
It said the portal would remain open to applicants until the 26th of October 2022 to give enough time to all interested applicants.

This was disclosed by the spokesperson for the commission, Ikechukwu Ani, over the weekend.
“Eligible applicants who have been unable to apply are advised to take advantage of this extension.
“The Commission is committed to ensuring that nobody interested in pursuing a career in the Nigeria Police Force will be denied the opportunity.”
Ani said the Commission would not deviate from its established policy of conducting transparent and merit-driven police recruitment.
He further added that applications were free and at no cost. No form of any financial inducement from any corner. Anyone found doing that is a criminal case and as such desist from such singular act.
